Want to invite more of what you want in your romantic connection, or delight your (prospective) partner with an experience tailored to their needs?
Every week you have an opportunity to add more of what you’re craving in your connection - in as little as 30 minutes.
If you want to invite something you’d personally like, consider how you want to feel and pick an option that will lead to that.
If you want to delight the person you’re seeing, consider what they might need this week based on what’s happening in their world and use that as your guide (not sure? ask them).

And before you tell me you don’t have time for a date this week (you know who you are) -
I’ve built a date design matrix, lovingly dubbed the “datrix”, to help connect the dots between what you want more of in your relationship and how much time you have available.
For shorter date windows, you can weave a mix of related prompts (crafted for the outcome you want) into a simple date scene.
For longer date windows, you can plan the suggested experiences and make adjustments as you like.
Think about scheduling dates as prioritizing your chiropractor. Dates are time well spent when tension is present, but ideally this is a proactive practice.
(Tip: you can also identify what you’d like less of - just reverse the sentiment to find your “more of”)
Have a request? If you’re a paid subscriber, comment here with what you want “more of” in your connection - or join our monthly “Date Design” live call to get ideas.
* Please note that 1-3 dates will be added to the datrix document each month.
**Datrix and Date Design call are available to paid subscribers only.
